It appears they provide a full suite of debt collection activities however they are no longer regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority which therefore means they cannot collect consumer regulated debts. They are also not members of the Credit Services Association however there is no legal requirement to be. It appears they charge a commission percentage for their services but it isn’t clear whether it is on a No Collection, No Commission or No Collection, No Fee basis, or other way. Their website states ‘At Safe Collections, we agree to a simple percentage fee that is only ever payable once we get your overdue invoice paid.’

They are also not members of the Credit Services Association however, there is no legal requirement to be. According to their terms and conditions on their website, it appears they charge a subscription fee and a commission percentage for their services but it isn’t clear whether it is on a No Collection, No Commission or No Collection, No Fee basis, or other way.

They are High Court Enforcement Officers & Certificated Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs). They were incorporated in 2007 and they are based in Wales. It is not clear if they collect debts as a traditional debt collection agency would and they are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority however, they are regulated by the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA) and therefore they can enforce judgments and execute writs including all other regulated activity by the HCEOA should they provide this service. They are not members of the Credit Services Association however there is no legal requirement to be.
