Ways to pay...
If you have received a letter from us on behalf of one of our clients and you would like to make a payment please see below a number of ways you can pay.
We accept the following payment methods...
BACS or Standing Order
You can make a payment directly into our bank via online banking, or by visiting any Barclays Bank branch. Please contact us so we can provide with you the correct information.
If we have agreed to an instalment plan and you would like to set up a standing order then please use the bank details provided to you in our communication, alternatively, please contact us so we can provide with you the correct information.
Please ensure you quote your reference number when making payment to avoid misallocation.
Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft
Please make your cheque, postal order or bankers draft payable to Athena Collections Ltd and clearly quote your reference number on the reverse side to avoid misallocation. Please send your payment to :

*Please note that we do not encourage sending cash through the postal system however if you choose to do so, you do it entirely at your own risk and Athena Collections Ltd accepts no liability in the event that your payment is not received. If you decide to do so then it is recommended that you use an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Debit or Credit Card
 You can also pay by debit or credit card . Please contact us during working hours by calling 0203 865 9319 (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm) and quoting your reference number. If you are not the cardholder we must have their consent before accepting a payment using this method.
If you like we can set up a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) to take a payment from your account on a regular basis for an agreed amount. You have the right to cancel the CPA at any time and we undertake to reimburse you if we take a payment after you have told us that you would like to cancel the CPA.
